So did you guys here that Richard Harris(Dumbledor) died? I thought it was soooo sad. He was perfect for the part. I don't know who they are going to get to replace him.

I heard they're replacing the entire cast for the next movies, anyway. So, it won't really matter. But, yeah, he did a really good job as Dumbledor!
Replacing the whole cast? Whatever for?? Not a good move at all. I do have a casting replacing for Dumbledore. My dad thinks Ian McKellan would be the best choice.... and I agree.
Yeah, I heard he had died but I didn't know they'd be replacing the cast after movie 3! That is sooo dumb! Why would they? Everyone would hate it. Or at least I think so.

(*tear*)for dumbledoor(richard harris) but noway can they replace the whole cast I mean dan radcliff does a great job with harry, and Emma watson(hermione) is such a cute girl and no way can they replace oliver wood (sean biggerstaff (major hottie!!!*)) but I know they will have to replace dumbledoor...

Have any of you guys been to the Biggerstaff website lately! He wrote something on there about Richard Harris's death. And about how he could never be replaced cuz he was so perfect for the part. He said "Although I wonder, does someone who has had the kind of impact on the art of cinema that Richard did ever die?" I just thought it was really sweet that he would say something like that. Especially because during the filming of the movies he only talked to him like once, he really didn't know him that well. But he has so much respect for him, I think thats cool.

But Oliver Woods is a 7th year in the 3rd book. so he won't be in any of the movies after the 3rd one anyway. But, anyways, I think the movies will be dumb with another cast. everyone fits the parts so perfectly. Maybe thats just because they are the part. I don't know

I don't think they'll replacethe whole cast. Where did ya hear that? That would be stupidif they did that because it would ruin the whole movie. Or maybe they want to make them seem older in the 4th movie and they all dont look the part. But I know people have ways of makeing kids look older.

They're NOT replacing the whole cast!
The boy who plays Ron was in an article in the last couple of weeks saying he is planning to act in all of the movies. Dan Radcliffe (Harry) doesn't know if he will, though. Chris Columbus (director) is quitting, but he's staying around to help out with the third movie. For the most part the rest of the cast is staying the same.
I found a couple of websites that supposedly allow me to contact Chris Columbus (I hope my e-mails get through to him), and I sent him a couple of messages mentioning how great Ian McKellen would be as Dumbledore. I think everyone who thinks so should contact him or the WB (or whoever else they can think of) and get them thinking about that.
Harry Potter is the coolest movie of all times! Besides LOTR......

I was soooo pissed when i heard that the whole cast was being replaced. I mean it wont be as good without the origanall people!! :( Besides, the dude that played harry(daniel radcliff)is way hot! so is malfoy(can't remember his name). It will be so much different w/ a new cast

yeah tom felton is the actor who plays malfoy ( I guess I should know this since my friend sarah is OBSESSED with him, it is sooo crazy I mean she even knows what his fave personalized sandwich is... :roll: )
oh yeah and with the list of hot HP guys DONT forget (*sigh*) sean biggerstaff ( oliver wood) :oops:
