Yeah, it was a blast. The guys are so awesome! It was great to visit with them afterwards too. Too bad, we didn't get to visit with them very long. Oh, well, it sure was fun! Always is!
It was a fun Halloween costume...bugger to make though...I have no artistic bones in my body, so it took forever!

LOOKS GREAT!! Man, "no artisitc bones in my body" MY FOOT!! That looks wodnerful! (hehe). Man, I could never get one to look that good!
I also like the Nerd's costume. And there is no way I had even attempted to make that, no artistic either. Court you got it! Vee and I don't. haha oh wait and Kati has it too....Right?

You should have seen me trying to paint it...comical for sure! Just ask my family, or my friend Rachel...she was getting frustrated with how slow I was painting, so she grabbed the paint brush and started doing the second coat for me! And Wes' daughter drew the little Nerds figures because I couldn't do it...trying to draw the letters was bad enough for me!

You used a paint brush? haha you should have used a paint roller. haha Ya know like you use on walls and such. haha how big was the paint brush? A little one that children use for water colors? just kidding. I am just giving you a hard time Court. I love ya, you know that!

Hey, now you're a "nerd" like Dave was. :wink: LOL
I used a sponge roller...a craft roller, not a big one like you'd paint walls with...but painting those letters was killer! And the purple paint kinda sucked...I think it took three coats or more. The red only took one coat!
LOL! I forgot about the Dave "nerd" thing until after I had made the costume! I should send him a pic!
