Credit card businesses are intended to be taking less advantage of their customers with help from the newly developed financial reform bill. Unfortunately, customers are nevertheless being taken advantage of. Basically all that has changed is where credit card businesses charge their customers and just how much. Now people are turning to personal loan companies just to come up with the money to pay off their outrageous fees. The financial reform was meant to help people and instead it is putting them in a much worse predicament.
